Refund policy

All dresses, jewellery, wedding gowns (including floor stock, custom and ready to wear), engagement dresses, bikinis, robes, tops and accessories sales are final.

There are no returns, exchanges, refunds, or transferred credits on any of these items sold at Nektaria Pty Ltd in store or online. Unless there is an approval from Nektaria management in writing prior to the order being placed, however return shipping is at the cost of the customer and must be returned within 2 days of receiving the product. The garment can not be damaged or worn before returning to Nektaria Pty Ltd.

Express orders and custom orders cannot be cancelled at any time. Additional cancellation fees may be incurred per manufacturer guidelines, payable by purchaser.

Sale items such as swimwear, gowns, dresses, tops are final sale and may not be returned.

Trunks show tickets and appointment tickets are non refundable.  Trunk Show dates and appointment dates may be subject to change.  Samples available at appointments and trunk shows vary in sizing from size 0 to size 10 in Nektaria sizing.  Kindly refer to size charts on our website.          

Shipping fees on orders will not be refunded.

Shipping fees for all returns are paid for by the buyer, unless the product was sent damaged or incorrect. If the product was sent to you damaged or incorrect kindly contact Nektaria Pty Ltd via info@nektaria.com to address this issue.

By using the Website, you are aware that some fabrics contain irregularities and variations in weaves, laces beadings and colour as these are not considered flaws or defects.

Please note that the soft sheet mesh/tule/netting is very delicate and must be handled with care, soft fabric gloves must be worn to protect this fabric while getting dressed and undressed. This mesh netting around the arms, chest and back can restrict the purchaser from lifting her arms on her event/wedding date and doing so may cause damage. The soft sheer mesh/tule/netting is designed for one wear only.

There are no returns, exchanges, refunds or transferred credits on any item sold by Nektaria Pty Ltd in store or on this website as a result of a wedding/engagement/event cancellation or change of mind.  There are no returns, exchanges, refunds or transferred credits on deposits paid for products through this online store website. Please note all floor stock samples can not be refunded and will be required to be paid in full.
