Returns and Cancellations Policy

All Jewelry, custom gowns & accessories sales are final.
There are no returns, exchanges, refunds, or transferred credits on any of these items sold at Nektaria Pty Ltd.

Express orders and custom orders cannot be canceled at any time. Additional cancellation fees may be incurred per manufacturer guidelines, payable by purchaser.

Sale items such as swimwear, gowns, dresses, tops are final sale and may not be returned.*

Shipping fees on orders will not be refunded.

Shipping fees for all returns are paid for by the buyer, unless the product was sent damaged or incorrect. If the product was sent to you damaged or incorrect kindly contact Nektaria Pty Ltd via to address this issue.

Consultations bookings with Nektaria Pty Ltd; There are no returns, exchanges, refunds, or transferred credits on your consultations or trunkshow bookings at Nektaria Pty Ltd.  Our company requires confirmation via email for any appointments 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.  If confirmation is not received from the customer within the required timeframe the appoinment will be automatically cancelled.  Customers are allowed to be accompanied by a maximum of 2 guests during their appointment.

For international orders we use DHL Express. Shipping charges will be calculated and estimated time frames given at checkout depending on your zone. All orders are fully tracked and require a signature on delivery.
